I'll support you in implementing these ideas with practical tips (vegetable-stash recipes for children, finger foods, cooking together, and homemade sweet treats).

  • Nutritional advice for women who want to have children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women

    For women trying to conceive, as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women, I offer support related to a plant-based, wholesome diet during this special phase of life. In our consultations, I will address your ideas, goals, and questions, and point out important minerals and vital substances that the body needs to support itself during this phase. Relaxed stress management can also be helpful.

  • Nutritional advice for adults and athletes

    The focus here is on people who are overweight or underweight, women going through menopause, nutrition for the elderly, nutrition for osteoarthritis and arthritis, nutrition for cancer, nutrition for cardiovascular disease, and individualized athlete nutrition, as well as people with chronic inflammatory bowel disease and related intolerances. I would also like to support people with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism on their journey to improving their well-being.

  • Fast

    The medical significance of fasting is becoming increasingly clear, and the findings in fasting research are becoming more comprehensive. Voluntarily abstaining from food for a certain period of time, whether for days or "just" a few hours a day, has an enormously positive effect on our bodies. However, this requires proper implementation, starting with the correct introduction and ending with the so-called "breaking of the fast." This can lead to wonderful results.
