The medical significance of fasting is becoming increasingly clear, and the findings in fasting research are becoming more comprehensive. Voluntarily abstaining from food for a certain period of time, whether for days or "just" a few hours a day, has an enormously positive effect on our bodies. However, this requires proper implementation, starting with the correct introduction and ending with the so-called "breaking of the fast." This can lead to wonderful results.

With the help of different fasting methods (intermittent fasting, therapeutic fasting, alkaline fasting, juice/smoothie fasting) we can support our body, give our excretory organs, liver, kidneys, intestines and skin a break and, at the same time, bring our acid-base balance back into balance.

I'll accompany you through the one-week alkaline diet, either in person or remotely. Don't worry—you won't go hungry; unlike therapeutic fasting, you can eat a variety of foods. It's incredibly easy!
